Tunnels

This would allow users to place items underground, as well as allow users to place ride tracks and pathways through the surface. The design of the tunnel could be customized to fit the surrounding theming.

Along with tunnels, it would be nice if we were able to easily incorporate caves without the use of custom scenery.
